Turnberry Associates, based in Miami-Dade, Florida, is a generational firm that is nationally known for creating distinct destinations for over 50 years in residential development, retail, and hospitality. Its first project, sketched on a napkin, transformed 785 acres of swamplands, creating the vibrant City of Aventura, where its headquarters remain to this day. While it’s grown beyond South Florida, the firm remains true to its roots, upholding its reputation for excellence, creativity, and civic responsibility – placemaking with principles.
Objective:
Located on the Gulf of Mexico along Florida’s “Emerald Coast” in Destin, Turnberry Harbour was a private gated resort community on 80 acres overlooking sugar-sand beaches, private marina, grand clubhouse, and the Regatta Bay Golf Course. With a choice of Tower condominium residences of two, three, and four bedrooms, or turnkey grand Maisonette residences, a real estate project of this stature in a quiet resort location required a complete strategic marketing package beginning with brand development.
