It acquires, renovates, and develops multifamily, retail, and mixed-use real estate in select high-growth markets in the Southeast.
Objective:
Developing the identity for an architecturally unique building, a modern interpretation of the timeless art deco style reminiscent of South Florida in the Twenties and Thirties. The unusual curvilinear architectural design was our starting point.
