Ram acquires, renovates, and develops multifamily, retail, and mixed-use real estate in select high-growth markets in the Southeast.
Objective:
Alexander Lofts was an unusual project – a transformation of the six-story former Southern Bell headquarters, located in the West Palm Beach Downtown District. Built 1926, the careful transition to 89 apartment residences with a street-level retail component and pocket park donated to the City of West Palm Beach, needed to retain its connection to Alexander Graham Bell.
Services:
We developed an identity paying homage to Bell, and the developer went a step further with a spectacular mural highlighting Bell by Tristan Eaton, “The Spirit of Invention,” that was incorporated into the branding and an intricate print collateral book.
