Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at Regan Digital Studio, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, marketing knowledge, and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status and manage contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Location: Multiple office locations available (Boston, MA, New London, CT) as well as remote.

Salary Range: $100-$125k based on experience.
